The Westside Stride Block Party is returning to the Upper Westside neighborhood this fall, according to SaportaReport. The free event will take place Sunday, November 8, from noon to 6 p.m., temporarily closing Howell Mill Road between Eighth Street and 17th Street to vehicle traffic and creating a walkable corridor for the community.
